Shipping rates and free shipping policy apply only to items shipped within the contiguous U.S.A. – we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping is only available for ground shipping (not express shipping). Ground shipping includes UPS and/or USPS priority mail.
Shipping time for most items in the U.S.A. is 4 to 5 business days. Items shipped directly from our manufacturer may take additional time and those shipping times are listed in the item descriptions. If you order more than one item, you may receive your order in separate deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment from our Kremmling warehouse or from our Manufacturer, your tracking information will be emailed to you.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of Colorado.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us at 1-866-480-7555, and we will do our best to honor your request.

Back Orders:
We try to do our best to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If product availability dates change, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to notify you of the change.
Promotional Orders
From time to time, we may provide promotional offers such as discounts or free services. The promotional offers are only valid from the time they are issued to the expiration date advertised in the ad. To take advantage of these offers a coupon code must be used when ordering. Customers cannot use more than one coupon code per order (cannot take advantage of two different promotional offers for the same order). Free shipping promotional offers are only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.A.
